How do you make money? We only make money if you make money; we earn a percentage overrider from the manufacturer due to our purchasing size.

Are you competitive on price? Yes – our suppliers and manufacturers sell to us at a discounted rate from the trade price list so that we can sell to you either the same or just above what you would buy directly.

Can we set our own prices? Yes - you are free to charge what you wish. You have full control of what gross profit you want to make. You can also alter individual quotes and even set customers up on discounts.

What is the set up fee for? The set up fee pays for the designing and building of your site, link to your existing site, domain name registration and secure server set up.

What is the monthly fee for? This covers secure hosting - all your data is backed up and secure and full license to use the software including full office support. It also includes monthly eshots too.

How long does it take to set up a gift site? It takes us around 5 days to set-up a new gift site

Do I have to have a gift website system to buy from you? No - we also have a trade site where (once you have a login) you can get instant trade prices, you can request samples and store any quotations and orders you’ve done previously.

What is the average lead time on products? This differs depending on the products, UK based products will be from 3 to 14 days from proof signoff. Some products are manufactured in the far east and are a lead time of around 3-4 weeks. Many items can be done on quicker lead times than the standard lead time shown on the product. Some suppliers may charge an express fee for this service. If you have got a much longer available lead time and large enough volume of goods required then massive savings can be made when we order from the far east and goods are sent by sea freight rather than air freight - average lead time on this is 12-20 weeks. Please contact us to check or improve on lead times.

What if my customer wants a product that isn’t on your site? We can source any promotional product that your customers may need. Our sales team are more than used to being asked for even the most obscure product.

Why do I need to put my customer email data in the system? Every month we run email marketing campaigns to your customers, this massively increases your sales.

Is my data secure? Yes - we use secure 1&1 servers that back up and protect your data.
